This posthumous Buddy Holly album teams up his classic material with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, building epic orchestral moments into Buddy’s classic material.
From a campaign PoV this was an interesting challenge - how to incorporate very old, and frequently low resolution / bitrate film and photo archive material into a modern campaign that will catch people’s eyes on TV & social media.
Key to this approach was the ‘Facts’ video which offered up some truths about Buddy Holly in light of other superstar artists, such as The Beatles, All of this messaging was spready over hundreds of deliverables, to saturate the target demographic’s attention in pre & post album launch.
